Easter Seals Ontario
Easter Seals Ontario offers financial support for equipment, scholarships, camps, and recreational programs, as well as administering the Incontinence Supplies Grant Program of behalf of the Ministry of Health.

Child must be a legal resident of Ontario
Child must have a valid Ontario Health Card
Child must be under the age of 19
Child must have a permanent physical disability that restricts their independent mobility
