Assistive Devices Program (ADP)

The Assistive Devices Program (ADP) supports individuals with long-term physical disabilities by funding customized equipment. Additionally, the ADP covers expenses for specialized supplies, including those required for ostomy care.
Who are they able to assist:

When can they assist:
You must be an Ontario resident
You must have a valid Ontario Health Card
You must have a disability requiring the equipment or supplies for 6 months or longer
You must not be already covered under WSIB or Group “A” Veteran for same equipment
What can they assist with: (Included but not limited to)
Mobility equipment including wheelchairs, seating, walkers, and standers
Home oxygen therapy, respiratory equipment and supplies
